Brokers...
Are you experiencing tough times like so many brokerages
we've talk to?
Has production literally dropped off and the cost of
running your operations seem to be rising! Working
harder and enjoying it less?
Are agents changing their commission structures because
they can't afford the desk fees? Are they
transferring to other companies because they can't
continue to pay the fees, especially the franchise fee,
if you are a franchise operation.- or leaving the
industry altogether?
You have options ya know
--- and they should jumpstart your career.
We took the option and have never regretted it.

Agents...
Are you paying a desk fee?
How about all the other fees -- franchise fee,
transaction fee, admin fee, transaction management fee,
a technology fee.
When was the last time you were given any assistance in
finding clients? And if you are a buyers agent,
are you getting frustrated with the lenders not being
able to qualify your buyers, yet they have 700+ credit
scores and qualified 3 months ago (at least some of
them)? Has anyone offered to mentor you to help
you get some production? Or is everyone on their
own to fend for themselves?
Does being an independent
contractor mean, you're really on your own?
Have you been thinking about getting a second job or
just leaving the industry altogether, and hopefully
return when the market gets better?
Please, don't feel alone.
We've all been down this road at least once in our
careers, especially if we are veterans. If you are
a newer agent of 5 years or less, then this has probably
caught you by surprise.
But know this --- you have options! And most
likely, few if any, in your company, is going to help
get you through this dilemma,
but I will!

decisions or make any changes -

Team Leaders...
Brokers and Agents, once you
affiliate with Connect Realty, you can begin to recruit
your own team. Why? Because the the combination of
efforts (the synergy alone) will propel the sum of all
(and the individual as well), to new heights in their
respective businesses.
There is no sense independent contractors have to be so
independent, that they are not willing to help each
other, and reap a substantial residual for doing it.
We're talking about an income that is paid by the
corporation from their funds, not from the individual
agent you recruited, for every transaction your
sponsored agents close!
Like we said, we threw
away the mold and have enhanced the better features
of similar programs. And this wasn't done over
night!
Millions of dollars were invested in research and
development of the programs and supporting systems, and
the work continues as we streamline our operations to
ensure you improve your own bottom line (and take home)
and at the same time, provide nothing less than "World
Class Customer Service" to your clients.

Recruiters...
Brokers, this is one of the hidden income streams that
will blow you away! Especially if you are or were a
managing broker! At Connect Realty there's a
difference, any one can be a recruiter.
And if you think about it, if you combine recruiter with
being a team leader, it's nothing more than being a
quasi broker without the need for a brokers license!
Aren't I right!
The biggest difference is, you get paid for your efforts
each and every time a recruited agent you sponsored,
closes a transaction. This income continues to
flow your way, as long as you are affiliated with the
company.
Recruiting is not for everyone. But neither is sales!
Some of us achieve better results at recruiting than
sales --- Others are good at both.
Matter of fact, the person who sponsored me, was the
owner of his own brokerage, and he vowed he was at time
in his career, where he will do the hand full of deals a
year, just to have the extra money, but his entire
emphasis is now on recruiting others into the
organization, mentoring and jumpstarting their careers,
and enjoying the fruits of his recruiting efforts.
And, if you are not convinced yet
about the income potential of this business, let me
share some figures out of the top of my head, about the
success of some folks who have been with Connect Realty
only since the Spring of 2008.
One person I know and
mentor with weekly, has over 120 brokers and agents he
has sponsored into his team organization. His average residual
income is over $20,000 a month. And that's over
and above any home sales he has personally closed!
And there are countless
examples who are in between $10-$15K and 5-10K per month
as well.
Another one of my
mentoring gurus in this organization, who also
affiliated in Spring 2008, is averaging $5,000 a month
in residual income and is just getting started.
So take our story
seriously! Ask lots of questions, and talk with
those of us who are already Connected.
